Exodus Consultancy is a dynamic research and consulting firm in Ethiopia established by young and seasoned professionals who envision to see respect for human dignity and the promotion of holistic development in the African continent. Exodus has built special expertise in the field of migration and refugee protection. We use our experts across all the regions of Ethiopia and six East African countries to provide unique insights into migration trends, protection issues and asylum systems. We provide gender and age disaggregated data about the experiences of migrants and refugees throughout the migration and displacement cycle. We employ human rights based approach, and political economy analysis area specific strategies to bring top level law and policy analysis. We endeavor to produce the evidence base that will create linkages between migration/asylum policies, humanitarian programing and development policies.
